Deon has spent 25 years building technology businesses and the systems behind them. He co-founded Swipe iX and led it as CTO and Managing Director through its acquisition by Media24, and co-founded WeChatBuilder, acquired by MultiChoice. He has shipped for WeChat, DStv, and Discovery Networks UK — and he still writes code. Scalable architecture, digital transformation, and AI-driven automation are home ground.

Sanja is the reason things ship. With 14 years across product delivery, project leadership, and business analysis — at Swipe iX and now in fractional leadership roles, including Head of Product Delivery at Open Access Energy — she closes the gap between strategy on a slide and software in production.
